Does DCS provide test cards for the integration phase of a point-of-sale software?

DCS provides debit (Interac) chip and magnetic stripe cards, credit (VISA) chip and magnetic stripe cards, as well as prepaid cards (if applicable) and VISA private-label cards (if applicable). It is the point-of-sale software distributor’s responsibility to obtain any other test cards required to do the integration.

Does DCS provide test cards for the integration phase of a payment module?

DCS provides debit (Interac) chip and magnetic stripe cards, credit (VISA) chip and magnetic stripe cards, as well as prepaid cards (if applicable) and VISA private-label cards (if applicable). It is the payment module provider’s responsibility to obtain any other test cards required to do the integration.

What is the difference between a certification and an accreditation?

A certification involves verifying a payment module’s compliance with the acquirer rules of the different payment networks as well as with Desjardins’ business rules and the payment solution’s technical requirements.
