In order to simplify telecommunications with Desjardins and reduce the costs related to its integrated payment solutions, Desjardins is now offering a communications mode that allows merchants to send financial transactions via the Internet. Use of the SSL connectivity mode requires a client certificate signed by the Desjardins authority. The goal is to ensure authentication with Desjardins in order to prevent an unauthorized connection.
