Desjardins Payment Solutions

1. Account opening and credit analysis

Fill out an application on partners-desjardins.com/soccer.
A representative will contact you shortly afterwards to help you fill in the form for a merchant account.
Your request will be reviewed and a confirmation will be sent within 2 to 5 business days after the application. A merchant number will be provided with the confirmation.

2. Integration and certification

TSI Sports and Desjardins will then configure the payment solution in your TSI enrollment management module.
You will have to provide certain information (e.g. refund and privacy policies; standard models will be provided for reference).
Once the testing phase is completed, quality control will be done by Desjardins and TSI.

3. Production

Once the payment solution is activated, we will provide training on the online management tool.
