Configuration parameters

The Desjardins web solution contains configuration parameters that allow the merchant to customize certain functions. Please contact your Desjardins integration advisor for modifications to these parameters.

Parameter Description Default value
Receipt Email The merchant email address to which individual transaction receipts generated by Desjardins are sent. N/A
Report Email Email address(es) to which transaction reports (by batch and by day) are sent.
Multiple emails addresses are separated by commas.		 N/A
Preauthorization Lifetime The maximum duration (in hours or days) of a preauthorization. Expired preauthorizations for which a completion or cancellation has not been done within the time specified will be cancelled.  7 days (168 hours)
